Lugazi, Uganda – 18 August 2025

The Kampala Salt factory in Namagunga, Lugazi, witnessed a truly memorable day on 18th August 2025, as Bhageshwar Dham Sarkar visited the facility, marking a historic occasion for the company and its employees. The spiritual leader's arrival brought an atmosphere of reverence, excitement, and joy to everyone associated with Kampala Salt.

The day began at Speke Resort Munyonyo, where Bhageshwar Dham Sarkar was warmly received by Mr. Alok Kala, the owner of Kampala Salt. From there, the group made their way to Lugazi, where the factory is located. Along the journey, the anticipation was evident—employees and locals were already gathered at the site, waiting to catch a glimpse of the revered figure.

Upon arrival at the factory gates, Bhageshwar Dham Sarkar was greeted with traditional Ugandan hospitality, alongside heartfelt gestures from the Kampala Salt staff. Mr. Alok Kala personally accompanied him through the premises, giving him a first-hand view of the salt production process, from raw material intake to packaging of the finished product.

The visit was not just a tour—it was an interactive experience. Sarkar paused at different sections of the plant, engaging with workers and asking about their daily experiences. Employees, many of whom had never imagined meeting such a spiritual figure, expressed their gratitude for the rare opportunity. Smiles, folded hands, and blessings exchanged created an atmosphere of harmony and unity.

At the heart of the visit was a gathering where Bhageshwar Dham Sarkar interacted more closely with both the management team and the factory staff. He praised the commitment and hard work of the employees, acknowledging their contribution to Kampala Salt's growing reputation as a trusted brand in Uganda. His words of encouragement resonated deeply, leaving many inspired.

What made the occasion even more special was the moment of blessings. Sarkar blessed the factory grounds, the machines, and most importantly, the people behind them—the employees who are the backbone of the company. For the workers, this was not just a symbolic act, but a source of spiritual strength, one they felt would guide their future endeavors.

Owner Mr. Alok Kala expressed his gratitude, saying the visit was a once-in-a-lifetime honor for both himself and the entire Kampala Salt family. "Having Bhageshwar Dham Sarkar at our factory is a blessing beyond words. His presence has filled us all with new energy and devotion," he noted.

As the visit drew to a close, Bhageshwar Dham Sarkar offered prayers for the prosperity of the business, the wellbeing of the workers, and the welfare of the wider community that Kampala Salt serves. He then departed from Lugazi, leaving behind an unforgettable memory that will be cherished by all present.

The day will be remembered not just as a milestone in Kampala Salt's journey, but as a moment of spiritual significance—where faith, business, and community came together under one roof.
